How to Order
We support manufacturers and formulators by providing both bulk and batch specific lots of certified organic cosmetic ingredients. Products are available in a minimum of 1 gallon or packed in 5 gallon pails (request a price list) as well as spot quotes for bulk or contract volumes of products.

FOB Point:
All products are shipped from our warehouse in San Jose, CA.
Payment Terms:
Approved credit provides 30 days net terms and we accept Visa and Master Card.
Freight Terms:
We can 'Pre-pay and Add' the cost of Freight to your invoice. We usually use FedEx Ground, unless you specify otherwise.
Returns:
All returns must be authorized by Oh, Oh Organic in writing. No returns after 5 working days.
Refunds:
If there is damage to a container in the shipping process – PLEASE TRY TO DOCUMENT AND PRESERVE THE DAMAGE! FedEx picks up damaged packages and covers the loss.
